Happy New Year!

I love crockpots. They make things so much easier to cook. Here is a recipe for crockpot basil and garlic chicken breasts.

Put 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts in the crockpot. Season with seasoning salt. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sprinkle some dried basil on the chicken. Put a little water in the pot to make sure the chicken stays tender. You don’t need much. Coook on high for 4 hours. Cook on low for at least 6 hours. Enjoy! Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and green salad with Italian dressing.
